Orders are not shipped until we complete credit verification. We kindly ask for up to 72 hours to verify and process your order. If you have not received your Shipping Confirmation email, we may need more information from you before we can process the order. Please be aware that delivery times do not include additional time needed for credit verification.

Marathonpictureframes.com is based out of Chicago,IL and ships to the contiguous 48 states with USPS. International shipping is available by USPS. Orders typically ship out within 1-2 business days. East coast orders generally take about 2 business days for delivery, and west coast orders take around 3-4 business days.

Returns
Personalized frames and bracelets are not returnable. We reserve the right to return items on a case by case basis. Please ensure the information you have provided us is as accurate as possible. Your satisfaction is our #1 priority.
